Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Darul Khair, we strive to ensure complete transparency in donations and transactions. Once a donation is made, it is generally non-refundable.

• In exceptional cases of incorrect transaction or duplicate payment, a refund request can be submitted within 7 days.
• To apply for a refund, email us at support@darulkhairngo.in with the transaction details.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 working days.
